  • Work collaboratively with other Designers, Developers, Marketers and more!
  • Creating HTML emails, setup including PSD to HTML conversion, optimizing existing creative, creation of landing pages and testing
  • Testing and improving the design of the website.
  • Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
  • Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
  • Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with brand guidelines Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes
  • Designing Banners, brochure, Website design.
  • Helping developers in resolving various design related issues.
  • Designing sample pages including colors and fonts
Preferred Experience:
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
  • Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript
  • Good understanding of content management systems like wordpress
  • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
  • Excellent visual design skills
  • Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
  • Creative and open to new ideas
  • A naturally human-centric approach to work and life
  • A deep (and perhaps borderline uncomfortable) love for extraordinary web and UX design
  • A proven understanding of html, css, and web interactivity principles and their best utilities
  • Ability to work, think, and respond quickly, while maintaining attention to detail on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative design tools experience (Sketch, and prototyping tools, such as InVision, Framer, or HTML/CSS/JS)
  • Track record of designing flows and wireframes with a strong bias towards user-centric design
  • Video and/or motion graphic experience
  • Solid understanding of digital production techniques
